We’re all aware of the attract of the Stanley Quencher by now. You is likely to be sipping from the Black Chroma Quencher as we converse. Or, a kind of epic, retro Barbie-inspired designs (which have been launched to have a good time the sixty fifth anniversary of Stanley, FYI) may very well be your hydration accent of alternative. Both approach, #StanleyCup has greater than 725,000 posts on TikTok, so none of us are strangers to seeing the It-girl water bottle – adorned with snack tray and straw cowl, in fact – throughout our FYP.
For all I really like about my Stanley Quencher, I’ve at all times discovered one factor barely annoying. That’s: how massive it’s. Nice for staying hydrated, notably throughout lengthy automobile journeys – but when I am out on a stroll and must lug it round with me to keep away from feeling parched? Not a lot.
So, it felt like Stanley had answered my prayers once they reached out to ask whether or not I would be concerned with reviewing one in all their model new wearable water bottles, solely from GLAMOUR. Yep, you learn appropriately: the Stanley Cross Bottle has launched within the UK immediately, the model’s first ever hands-free water bottle which you can put on throughout your physique. And it is actually fairly stylish.
Created by the group at Stanley to seamlessly mix performance with type, the 0.68L Stanley Cross Bottle is the first-ever wearable, non-round, double-wall vacuum insulated product within the business.
In addition to having all of the excessive efficiency you’d count on of the model (high-quality, sturdy, recycled stainless-steel, revolutionary design and the double-wall vacuum insulation expertise that retains your water chilly for 12 hours, iced for 2 days), there are two main upgrades. One: it is hands-free, that includes a colour-matched adjustable strap, and two, it is leak-proof. Principally, it is the right hydration accent for these on-the-go.
Ben James, Stanley 1913’s Vice President, World Business and Basic Supervisor, EMEA, at Stanley 1913 instructed us: “We have now loads to hold – cellphone, keys, pockets, laptop computer, health club bag, purchasing luggage – and the Stanley Cross Bottle is the embodiment of how Stanley 1913 makes folks’s lives simpler by way of good design.
“Even the size has been carefully considered to be the sweet spot in terms of providing enough water for our consumers to take with them on the go while maintaining the integrity of their look.”
I was so surprised by how chic the new design was when it landed on my desk. I loved using the black version for work – it felt minimalist against my oversized blazer or wool coat – and I loved the Rose Quartz iteration for weekend use. Whichever colour I chose, the adjustable strap meant I could ensure the bottle sat snug to my hip – and the matte finish to the bottle made it look so expensive. The strap could be removed when I arrived at the office, or when I was using the bottle at home – and I was super impressed by how long it kept my tea warm for. Perfect for chilly winter mornings.
