China, Philippines agree on ‘provisional association’ for South China Sea resupply missions, Manila says By Reuters

MANILA (Reuters) – The Philippines and China have “reached an understanding on the provisional arrangement” for resupply missions to a beached naval ship within the South China Sea, Manila’s international ministry stated in a press release on Sunday.
